Porto believe a second successive European and domestic treble is still theirs for the taking, despite an uninspired 0-0 draw with Deportivo Coruna in the first leg of their Champions League semi-final.

Jose Mourinho's side need just one win from their remaining three league games to ensure a successful defence of their championship crown and they have already booked a place in the final of the Portuguese Cup against Benfica on May 16.

Last season, Porto lifted the UEFA Cup with victory over Celtic in the final in Seville, as well as the league and cup double.

A much bigger prize is there for the taking this year, with a place in the final of the Champions League against Chelsea or Monaco in Gelsenkirchen, Germany on May 26 still up for grabs.

"We'll be there in the final," Mourinho said after a disappointing draw with Deportivo in Wednesday's first leg. "A goalless draw at home is not a bad result.

"We're not scared. We could go out if Deportivo play a great game but I believe we'll be the ones going through to the final."

Mourinho was unhappy that referee Markus Merk decided not to give a second yellow card to Mauro Silva early in the second half or award a penalty for what looked to be a foul on Marco Ferreira in injury-time.

"I'm just glad my players managed to control their emotions on the pitch," the coach said.

"We'll be there in La Coruna and I hope we'll have a referee that wants to do a good job. At least we know it won't be Markus Merk."

Porto's players share their coach's confidence they can make the final, especially with the memory of knocking out Manchester United at Old Trafford still fresh in their minds.

"Deportivo came here to avoid defeat," said Porto keeper Vitor Baia. "The tie is absolutely level but over the past two years we've gone to very difficult places and made it through.

"My team mates give me total confidence."
